WHAT I DO
Selecting your wedding officiant is a very personal matter. You want to work with someone who is sensitive to your concerns, knowledgeable in ways to best meet and exceed your expectations and fully invested in making your wedding sparkle with moments that will become fond memories.
The process begins with an introductory meeting encouraging the couple to share their own hopes and aspirations for their wedding day. Conversation addresses the ceremony's various elements as well as those points in the ceremony that may be perfect for employing special touches that makes each ceremony unique. Throughout Rev Will offers clear counsel and warm suggestions that calm concerns with just the right touch.
Once preliminary matters are addressed Rev Will creates the ceremony reflecting the couple's input. From this point Rev Will looks for the couple's collaboration as the ceremony is refined to perfection. It's in the delivery of this wonderful ceremony that the new marriage is celebrated and your guests feel the shift of energy that makes their experience memorable.
On the day of the ceremony Rev Will arrives at least an hour early to be sure all "day of" items and directions are in place. He is very "hands on" and frequently is the person who conducts the rehearsal for the wedding party in cooperation with the venue's management team. This is when any necessary last-minute adjustments are made. Musicians are consulted to confirm their cues and photographers are assured that they can be wherever they want to be to do their best work. Rev Will's calming presence and flexibility throughout help make certain the results are perfect for the couple.
